Media & Public Relations Release

Welcome, This page will introduce you to our network marketing company, BPI Worldwide, Inc. and our premier product, Bio Petro Improver. Unlike the other fuel additive products on the market today, BPI Worldwide does not make unsubstantiated claims in an effort to sell our product to the consumers and in fact, we do not make any claims whatsoever about our Bio Petro Improver. Instead, we let our scientific testing prove the validity of our product. The EPA has stated that the only acceptable test procedures are the Federal Test Procedure (FTP), which is a simulated city drive trace used for emissions testing, and the Highway Fuel Economy Test (HFET), which is a simulated highway drive test for fuel economy calculation.

Procedures for conducting these tests are noted in the EPA document, EPA420-B-00-003, dated May 2000. According to 40 CFR 610.11 (a) (20) of Federal regulations states that test laboratories “shall have no financial interests in the outcome of these tests other than a fee charged for each test performed.”
The laboratory designated to perform our testing, The Wallace Environmental Testing Labs, Inc. is an independent, full service automotive emissions testing facility currently recognized by both the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) as well as the California Air Resource Board (CARB) as being capable of performing Federal Test Procedure (FTP) and Highway Fuel Economy Test (HFET) test procedures. After the Wallace Environmental Testing Labs, Inc. completed the FTP and HFET tests on our Bio Petro Improver (BioPerformance Fuel) the following statement was issued:

“Using the EPA’s criteria for the evaluation of fuel additives, the FTP and HFET tests conducted by this laboratory provide a reasonable degree of confidence that the product causes a real improvement in fuel economy and reduction in emissions. The emissions tested were Hydrocarbons (HC) which showed an average reduction of 5.387%, Carbon Monoxide (CO) which showed an average reduction of 7.315% and Nitrous Oxide (NOx) which showed an average reduction of 3.513%.”

To insure the integrity of our product, our Quality Control procedure requires testing of every lot of product as it arrives to confirm a minimum 95% chemical comparison to our Gold Standard product used for the FTP and HFET testing. Any product not falling within the acceptable range would be placed on hold and ultimately returned to manufacturer for replacement. A non- conforming report would be issued to the Manufacturer with written response required as to cause of product failure.

This chemical testing is conducted by a third party laboratory, Bodycote Testing Group, a full service laboratory approved for NADCAP and other federally regulated tests. The Infrared Spectroscopy is conducted according to Bodycote procedure SOP 6030, Rev B, Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy.

Our scientific testing is shared with all potential customers, however, each consumer will receive their own individual results from our Bio Petro Improver and no percentages of savings will be claimed prior to, during, or after any retail sale. If at any time an Independent Business Owner (IBO) is found to be in violation of our no claims policy it will be grounds for termination.
